My plan to lose Presentation think will work?

To take Water Pills hydroxycut Exercise 4 times a day for 30 minutes to eat an egg boiling and a salad with Italian dressing drink plenty of water and maybe drink a protein shake whey I'm trying to lose 10 pounds a month all the way through May and plan to keep out what else can I maintain motivation or what else should I do? plz help ....

I hope you're joking. You literally kill you. Probably in September, if not much earlier. Exercise is very good. Everything else is terrible. First, you need to eat. 1200 calories per day is the minimum just to keep organs average people working correctly, even if they are too lazy or inactive. To be as active as it will be, should be more like 1500 calories each day. In its planned diet who are starving after not long. Beyond not having enough, in general, you are getting almost no balance. Talk to a nutritionist about what you need. You are not certain to achieve. If you really get this crazy diet for a couple of weeks before giving up and / or are hospitalized for malnutrition, you immediately to gain weight, and maybe some extras to boot. When you starve your body, which is defended by anything can be stored for a while. Do not take hydroxycut. No take water pills. Whey protein is good, and definitely should drink plenty of water. If you take a realistic balanced diet guidelines on calories and exercise as you have suggested, 10 pounds per month is a reasonable goal, provided you have a lot to lose.
