Help me! Belts Sweat + Exercise + Diet = Goal Reach?
So I need to lose 55 pounds and most of the weight is immersed in the stomach, I know spot reduction is impossible. My goal is over 135 pounds in 4-7 months (is not enough time?) That Started Healthy Eating: Eggs or homemade fruit salad to room W. Chicken salad or grilled bread W. wheat lean chicken lunch for sushi or rice with chicken and vegetables W. For dinner I just drink more water, ginger ale or V8 Smoothies to walk for about 1 hour ago and afternoon / night I have to do some belly dancing I wondered if I were to wear a sweat belt while walking in the morning, helps me achieve my goal or is it I'm doing now is good enough?
NEWP sweat belts are a waste of time, money and space, you are only getting rid of water! is foolish I know! water it needs, but believe me that our bodies are super smart and you will increase your water intake to compensate for water lost with the belt ... so there goes the money invested in the belt of sweat ... Just stick to your diet and exercise, it is enough! you wouldnt believe how many ppl bitch on exercise and eating super healthy so they are on the right track! Bestest of luck:)
