Will I get fat?!?
These are my meals: Breakfast: 1 slice of multigrain bread with Weight Watchers Nutella (chocolate hazelnut cream) Lunch: a croissant and a Mentos mint Snack: Banana and Strawberry yop 4 strawberries Dinner: Salad with lemon pepper ranch, a sausage wrapped in bread and sausage, homemade sausage dipped in honey mustard sauce, half cup of juice Mandarin Orange Fruit Dessert: chocolate Tim Horton Tim 3 bits I have 12 years and 4 11 feet to 5 feet. I weigh 34-35 kilos (77-78 pounds) Will I gain weight?
only is 12 ... unless you have more weight now .. there is nothing to worry until about 25! will be much easier to burn fat and calories when are young .. when you get old, you may need to be in question! you are only about 78 pounds .... i think it was at least 110 or 115 at that age .. and I was far from being fat back then! Now I am 23 years old at 126 pounds. one of the sexiest divas ever will see! for now i suggest you do some yoga ... if you feel fat in 75 pounds ...
