The other answer is most right, but Niacin will not help you pass a drug test ... and free niacin is to help the least (although niacin drug purge your system.) Flush Free Niacin is a different kind pure niacin niacin and is a "weak form" (for lack of a better term) and not exactly the same properties as pure niacin. That said, niacin drugs purge your system is a myth ... can alter the test results (which may mean you have to pick up from this that give your body more time to eliminate drugs), but does not alter the level of drugs in his system. Different drugs are stored in different tissues, as well ... some are removed within a few days, but some others like the boat is stored in fatty tissues and can take 30 days for the body to eliminate them. Exercise can help burn fat, and could help get it out of your system faster, but it would take a lot of exercise between now and then ... also should refrain as much as I know I do not want to hear that.
