Confused with birth control?
I have been on birth control for about five years. When I finish the active pills my period arrived usual another 3-4 days. In the past, my period would still end the day was to start the next packet, however, now that isn't even finished my period after starting to take next packet. It lasts a few days. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? Is it normal not start for 3-4 days after the package is finished? Or does this mean I need a new brand of pills because the brand I am working with my body isn't anymore? (Im in generic Ortho Tri Cyclen). If the hormones arent strong enough for me that means I'm not protected against pregnancy? I am creating an appointment with my doctor, but I just I thought I'd throw the question out to see if anyone can help me out until I get an appointment.
Mine does not start until the sugar pill and ends third in the last sugar pill, but depending on how I put tampons during my cycle, can last one more day with excess blood keeps coming. Its possible that hormones have become accustomed to the hormones in the pills and take longer cycles. And my law, the generic form of the pill has to have the same level of hormone as a brand .. You all right there
