How to successfully lose weight and feel good?

I am a mother of five and have had 10 pregnancies in total. During the past 11 years I have put on 6 stone and have lost 2 of the present. Now I'm struggling with my weight or even start. I used to be well in control but I feel like I'm in a vicious circle. Can anyone suggest some help to start and easy to follow plan.

Weight reduction: 1) Cook food without any cooking oil try to use boiled and steamed vegetables, meat and lots of salads. 2) Do not eat any type of junk food. 3) Take at least 3 liters of water a day. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can 4) Use whole wheat bread 5) use skimmed and fat milk and yogurt low 6) without added sugar of any kind. 7) Diet Pepsi to drink if they liked. but only one glass once a day. in taking this diet for 3 to 6 months and when he fell u that u have achieved your desired weight then make ur eating life style as told above, but occasionally u can take other junk food too. the best machine Indoor exercise is tread mill. run on the tread mill for at least 30 mntns daily. and try to extend ur period for one hour. or hope is correct answer. if you have any questions email me try yahoo.
