How long will it take to lose 15 pounds with Herbalife?
Currently i am going to start the diet Herbalife ShapeWorks quick start ... my question is Im goin to use Herbalife and excersise for 30 minutes every day ... How long do you think itll take to lose 15 pounds ... thanks for all the replies .........
All kind of depends on how big you are now. I've seen people 15 pounds in 15 days, and some took 30. But I realized that the bigger they were going to start with ... dropped faster than weight.
