Is this a safe diet for a teenager?
So I was wondering I have 15 years and about 230 pounds. I'm doing something like the Medifast diet says. As 3 South Beach Diet cereal bars high protein. One in the morning, lunch and snack. I eat a good meal a day at dinner like a chicken Caesar salad. I eat about 1200 calories a day and walk for 45 minutes. Is this a safe diet for a teenager like me?
omg no dieting South Beach, some people have gained weight since! only eat fruits and vegetables, rather than spend money on that shit! in the morning eat something pretty special k cereal or toast with jam and some fruit normal! breakfast is the most important meal you do not have to be so gentle with breakfast ahead! and never give up! weight you can eat normal food and still lose only need to know what to buy!
