Loreal Hair Color Advice
loreal Hair Color Removal Kit?
so i had colored my hair the one day and it came out a bad red orange, when it was suppose to be a deep red. i tried to live with the color but i dont like it, so i used the loreal hair color remover that i found at my local walgreens. i waited the amounted time and washed my hair like it said, no color came out at all.
after washing it, i tried to brush out my hair, it was full of knots and tangles, and my hair when i run my hands through it gets still tangled.
can i use some other product to strip the color out, i will wait a few days to a week to strip it but any advice, on products and could i try to get my money back from walgreens or contact loreal.
to add, im a strawberry blonde and tried to dye it a bit darker because my natural color got really blonde over the winter
