Is it better to get your hair colored with hair washing, or dirty hair??
Does it make a difference all? as does the color stay on betterr with one of those?
My beautician prefer my hair should be washed. But she told me that this is not really important. I'm tired of people telling me that I should not wash my hair before I go and I just go out and he asked one day and she told me that many people believe this, but it is not true. So whenever I make sure my hair is washed. I can not bear to stay a day without washing it anyway.
