Hair color tips for pale skin?
I want to know what color would best suit me. I have medium blonde hair, brown eyes, and pale(yellowish kind of)skin. I did the skin tone test and my veins are blue. I think I’m cool toned. I was thinking of going with a different hair color. I really don’t want any red in it. Any tips? Thanks.
