Hair Color Nyc
Where is a good place to get my hair cut and colored in mid-town NYC?
I work between Penn Station and Times Square and I want to go get my hair cut and colored this evening. I like a less conservative look but not over the top crazy. For example, I like high-lights or a defined blond streak in my brown hair and I like an edgier cut, but I’m not going to color my hair pink or shave half my head.
Also, I don’t want to spend more than $100.
Any suggestions?
