Help fixing a bad hair color?
My hair was black a few weeks ago and I missed him. So Today, I colored Loreal True Brunettes, Light Ash Brown. Oh yeah, the box said it would take my hair from black to light brown, but it did not. All my roots done in orange and the rest of my hair is still black. I colored my hair many times and has never had that happen. I do not hate, but this is not what I wanted. Any ideas on how to do better? I'm not set to have hair auburn, if the ideas for another color? Thank you.
