Im trying to lose some fat ……?
This has been (and remains) my diet in January. Breakfast protein shake (120 calories) 2. Lunch-Turkey breast sandwich, celery, grapes and bananas (approx. 355 calories) 3. Dinner ranges from salmon turkey, chicken (160-210 calories) This is about my daily routine, I-play high school football and many races are counted, and weightlifting. Avoid sweetened bottle drinks, especially sodas. Hello to all colas and soft drinks are sweetened with sugar and sugar means calories. Include in your diet things that contain more water like tomatoes and watermelons. These things contain 90% water 95, so there is no you have nothing to lose by feasting on them. You fill up without adding to the pound. 7. Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice. The juice is sweet, but often have fruit fresh natural sugars. When you eat fruit, is taking a lot of fiber, which is needed by the body, and of course fruits are an excellent source of vitamins. 8. If you have a craving for fruit juice then go for fresh fruit juice instead of those that contain artificial flavors and colors. Or better yet, try making your own juice fruit, being careful not sweeten with lots of calories too. 9. Choose fresh fruit. Processed and canned fruits do not have as much fiber as fresh and processed fruits and canned fruits are nearly always sweetened. 10. Increase your fiber intake. As I mentioned, the body needs a lot of fiber. So try to include in your diet as many fruits and vegetables as possible. 11. Go crazy on vegetables. Vegetables are the best choice when it comes to losing kilos. Nature has an incredible extension when it comes to choosing vegetables. And the greens are your best bet. Try to include salad in you diet always.
