How I can know if my fish oil capsules go wrong?
I a bottle is a month of maturity, but my mom said things like vitamins and supplements you can take a month after the exp. date. Does the oil fish really expire, and how you say? I only ask because aspirin, for example, has an exp. daughter of the date, but my former boss, a pharmacist said he never goes wrong. Is it okay to take my capsules?
In general, supplements in the form of pills, and capsules can be taken about a year after expiration date. gel capsules, liquid supplements, juice and oil capsules are different because they really go wrong. One month after the due date is what would push them. You can usually tell if they are bad for the taste and smell. With fish oil capsules, and liquids, you have to pay much attention, such as fish oil does not have the best taste, no smell, even when these products are fresh. You can recognize a rancid taste, however, a slight "bite or sting "and have an odor that is somehow a bit" off "that only the normal fishy. When I'm not sure about the freshness of food and supplements, go by this simple rule ... "When in doubt, throw it away!" I hope this helped.
