I'm looking to become a Mary Kay consultant. I know the initial $ 100 start-up costs which includes your "Starter Kit", but I need know more .. I know it doesn't kit includes everything I need ot start running: 1) How much facial party packages mirror (and quantity for the price) 2) Agreement foam trays mirror (for when I do go to parties ~ Quantity prices included) 3) samples (Makeup, moisterizer, cleaning, etc ~ How's going? including quantity) 4) Makeup applicators (quantity and cost) + ANY MORE TIPS AND knowledge can be passed my way! I want to be able to realize a profit, and not having all my revenue 50% remains in the replacement of sales tools, awards, bonuses welcome. At the end of the day What is the realistic BENEFIT? All help and assistance in this research are appreciated! 
You get everything listed above in the kit initiation. There are enough applicators, makeup samples, expensive clothes, and foam trays to make 30 faces. Cleaning products, moisturizers, day / night solution, makeup remover will last much longer. You get four makeup mirrors in the initial package, which is a lot for a party. There are costs for any business, so you should follow for applicators and such when you run out. When you have parts that will make money. A little incentive not cost you much and in fact do more women want to organize parties. I love to give a gift, that just puts a smile on your face! And do not forget, all the supplies you need to buy are deductible taxes, along with many other things similar mileage, home office, hostess gifts, computers, printers, basically anything that you use for your business.
